The CV the candidate sent you, formatted with your brand.
A Word file, a PDF, a scan, or four photographs of a printed résumé taken at a kitchen table. Drop it in and get your agency's branded, editable Word CV back — with the details you actually put on the cover, and nothing you didn't.
Photographs and scans go in the same way a Word file does

Nothing about the candidate is stored
Three steps, and you are in charge of the middle one.
The formatting is the easy part. What makes a presenting CV good is the judgement in it — which roles get bullets, what the summary leads with, what the client is allowed to see. So that part is yours, on screen, before anything becomes a document.
1 · Drop it in
Word, PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC straight off an iPhone — up to twelve files at once, because a printed CV photographed badly is six frames. Or paste the text. Or start from a blank form.
2 · Correct it
Everything that was read sits on the left, with a live A4 page beside it. Fix a date, reorder a role, trim the summary, tick the box for a blind version. It is not a black box and it never needs a second run.
3 · Download
An editable Word document on your template, named for the candidate, ready to send. The file is built and handed over in one request and kept nowhere.
The page count on screen is the page count in Word.
The preview is not a picture of roughly what you will get. It models the same page the builder does — same margins, same spacing, same rules about what may not be split — so when it says two pages, it is two pages. And when a CV fits with less than half a line to spare, it says that too, so you can trim it now rather than hear about it from your client.
It flags what it could not read
Unreadable dates, gaps, overlapping roles, a qualification it could not make out — they come back as notes to you, not as confident guesses in the document.
It never invents
Paste the job advert and the CV is pitched at it — the matching duties first, the summary leading with what the role asks for. Chosen and ordered, never added. If the advert wants something the CV does not evidence, it tells you instead of writing it.
We don't print an accuracy percentage. Everyone in this category advertises one and none of them can show you the working. You get the thing a number is a substitute for: you see exactly what was read, beside the page it will print on, and you fix it in seconds.
Published, in Australian dollars, per CV — not per seat.
Put your whole team on it. Seat-based pricing punishes you for the consultant who formats three CVs a month, and that is the consultant who most needs the tool.

Prices in Australian dollars. Volumes are per calendar month and unused CVs do not roll over. If you go over, the next CV still builds — we bill the overage rather than stopping a consultant with a candidate waiting.
The candidate's CV is read, used, and forgotten.
Not "deleted after thirty days". Not stored. The file you upload is read by Anthropic's model in the United States, which does not train on it, and on our side it exists only inside the one request that formats it; the extracted details live in your browser while you edit them; the Word file is built, handed to you and deleted. The only thing we keep is a count of how much work was done, so we can bill it.
Redaction is a rule, not a setting
The candidate's phone, email, address, date of birth and social links never appear in the output. A professional registration is reported as current or not — never as a number a stranger could use.
Blind CVs in one click
Initials instead of a name, on the cover and on every page header, for clients who shortlist blind.
One account, both jobs
PresentWell sits inside CheckedWell, so the same login and the same two-factor cover both jobs and the invoice is one invoice. The CV itself is still kept nowhere.
The same candidate, checked as well as presented.
CheckedWell is our reference-checking product: structured checks that referees actually finish, and a sample report published on the open web rather than hidden behind a demo booking. It costs nothing to open — $12 a reference, no monthly fee, and no card until you send your first one. Take both and each is 20% cheaper.
